Records of the Record holder Elvis Presley

What are the requisites for being the King of rock ‘n’ roll? A golden voice? Some charming moves? Or perhaps a combination of both. This is exactly the ability which Elvis Presley mastered himself, that is why he was able to sell millions and millions of records all over the world. In fact there are lots of reviews on the net regarding his records and the songs.

First record
His first record was released at Chelsea Avenue, Memphis which includes his single That’s All Right Mama and Blue Moon Kentucky which was produced by Sam Phillips who happened to be the owner of Sun Records. His experience for his first record was something incomparable which was exclusively recounted by Peter Guralnick in his book Last Train to Memphis. During these periods Elvis was singing with some back up singers including Scotty Moore and Bill Black and all of them are still members of the band Starlite Wranglers.

The three men used to play regularly at the Bon Air club located in East Memphis, particularly at the Summer Avenue. However, this gig didn’t last long for the team.

The golden records
This record was popularized by his songs, Hound Dog, Jailhouse Rock and Don’t Be Cruel. Fourteen singles that he sung were ranked as Gold records. His very act of generating the taste for what is rock and roll gave him a lot of advantages; this was best reflected in his first big hit which was Heartbreak Hotel.

How he managed to arrive at his enviable spot was rooted in his successive release of good hits which the listeners enjoyed. Among these were Teddy bear, Loving You, Love me Tender and of course Jailhouse Rock.

Records and more
Renowned as a concert King of Rock and Roll he was able to come up with lots of records which to date still remain undefeated, such as Girls! Girls! Girls!, Elvis in Concert, Speedway, Blue Hawaii, Wonderful World of Christmas, He Touched Me, Easy Come Easy Go, Elvis Presley Vol. 2, and King Creole Vol. 2.

However there are singles by the King which are still selling on the market that include the songs, I Love You Because, Are You Lonesome To-Night?, That’s When Your Heartaches Begin, Wear My Ring Around Your Neck, Such a Night and Doncha Think It’s Time.
